Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of the personal information and workspace data that MakeItConvert controls. These instructions also explain what happens when you remove a connected provider authorization.

Request deletion
Send an email to balansashish@gmail.com with the subject line “MakeItConvert Data Deletion Request”. Include the email address used for your MakeItConvert account and the workspace name or identifier. Do not include a password, access token, app secret, payment information, or other credentials.
If you are requesting deletion for a team workspace, identify the workspace and confirm that you are authorized to make the request. We may ask for reasonable verification before taking action.
What we delete
After verifying a request, we delete or anonymize the account information, workspace membership, connected-source credentials, sync records, imported business records, saved reports, and other MakeItConvert data associated with the request, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Removing a MakeItConvert connection does not delete records held by the third-party provider. You must also follow that provider’s own deletion or account-closure process if you want data removed there.
Timing and confirmation
We will acknowledge the request and provide a status update. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to the scope of the request, technical dependencies, and legally required retention.
When the request is complete, we will confirm the result by email. If some information must be retained, we will explain the category and reason where legally permitted.
Meta app requests
If you remove the MakeItConvert app from your Meta account and request deletion, use the email process above. Include the email address associated with the MakeItConvert account so we can locate and remove the relevant app-linked records.
